Most of Aventura lives vertically — and most pharmacies deliver as if it doesn't. We coordinate with your building's front desk or valet: temperature-controlled packaging, discreet handoff to your concierge with your authorization, or directly to your door. Do you deliver to my building the same day?+
Almost certainly, yes. All of Aventura is same-day territory — often within hours — and we coordinate directly with condominium front desks and valets, including cold-chain handling for refrigerated medications. On your first delivery we save your building's protocol to your profile, and every delivery after follows it automatically.
Are you really open on Sundays?+
Yes — 11 AM to 5 PM, every Sunday, with a licensed pharmacist on duty. Weekday hours run to 8 PM and Saturdays 12 to 6, because prescriptions rarely respect business hours.
How do I switch from the CVS, Walgreens, or Publix pharmacy on Biscayne?+
You don't call them — we do. Start a two-minute transfer and we contact your current pharmacy directly, move every prescription with its remaining refills, verify your insurance, and deliver your first fill. Most transfers complete within one business hour.
Do you take my insurance? Will my copays change?+
We're in-network with the major commercial carriers and Medicare Part D plans serving Aventura, and copays are set by your plan — not the pharmacy — so they stay the same. We also review every patient's medications for manufacturer savings programs your previous pharmacy may never have mentioned.
I spend summers up north. Can you manage prescriptions across both?+
Yes — seasonal coordination is one of our most-used services. We align refill timing with your travel dates, coordinate records with your northern pharmacy and physicians, and have everything ready the week you return. Your medication schedule shouldn't notice the season change.
