How do status updates reach our office?+

However your practice prefers: a faxed summary, secure email to a designated contact, or a call for anything urgent. We set the format and cadence during your first referral, and a named pharmacist owns your account — the same person, every time.

Do you really initiate prior authorizations, or send them back to us?+

We initiate. Our team opens the PA, drafts the clinical documentation from the records you provide, and sends it to you ready for review and signature. Your staff's involvement is minutes, not afternoons — and we track the case to decision, including escalations and appeals.

What geography do you cover for our patients?+

Concierge delivery across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, with same-day service near our Aventura pharmacy. For patients outside the delivery area, many medications can be shipped within Florida — we'll confirm case by case.

Can our patients keep their insurance and copays?+

Yes — we're in-network with the major commercial and Medicare Part D plans in the region, and copays are set by the plan, not the pharmacy. We also run manufacturer and foundation savings for every eligible patient, which your patients will notice and attribute to your referral.

What about medications you can't source?+

We tell you — quickly and honestly. Within 24 hours you'll have either a sourcing confirmation with an ETA or a straight answer with the best alternative path. What we won't do is let a prescription sit silently, which is the failure mode you're used to.
